Joranda Mela of Odisha (Orissa) has religious spirit associated with. It is the festival of Mahima religion Sadhus (holy men) going to celibrate there annual festival in the month of January 5th  & 6th  of 2023 In their religious barth monastery at Joranda near Dhenkanal. The fair is held annually on the full moon day of Hindi calendar month Magha (in January- February). People across India congregate in Joranda to observe this mega fair.  The unique worship of supreme sadhus’ (who wear only lean tree bark on their lower part) at their monastery and the holy fire which is for peace and harmony for the universe with 11 ft. Fire stand attract many thousand visitors and devotee throughout the state. A Havan or Yagya is held in ‘Yajna Kund’ as a part of mela celebrations. Thousands of liters of ghee are offered and burned in havan fire to ensure bringing back peace to life on earth and all the people will be gifted with all his basic needs. Atmosphere reverbs with the sound of ‘Alekh Brahma’ by devotees in rhythmic tone.

Day 01: 03rd – Jan – 2030-Tue – Arrival at Bhubaneswar airport – Puri Jagannath temple visit in Puri (Non Hindues are not allowed into the temple) –  visit the famous craft village raghurajpur enjoy the clasikal gotipua dance after.O/N at Puri.

Day 02: 04th – Jan -Wed – checkout – visit Konark – Via Pipili –  Bhubaneswar check in.- temple city sightseeing. O/N at Hotel.

Day 03: 05th – Jan -Thu – proced Dhenkanal –  visiting Khandagiri & Udayagiri jain caves – visit joranda mahima sadho monastry side  –  O/N Dhankanal.

Day 04: 06th  Jan – Fri  – Dhenkanal-Full Day at Sadhu Festival- O/N Dhenkanal.

Day 05: 07th – Jan – Sat – Dhenkanal  –  visit santal tribal village – after lunch proced to Nuapatana Textile Village- O/N at Badamul Eco- resort.

Day 06: 8th  – Jan – Sun – Boating in the Mahanadi river Gorge magar crocodile sighiting there –  have  lunch – visit some Khira Kondha tribal setelment nearby  – evening enjoy the traditional fook dance.
